Iam a mom of 2 kids, I didn't have natural lubrication at the time of intercourse, every time I am using artificial lubricants like lotions, coconut oil etc ... how can I improve the lubrication and which type of lubrication better for me, iam too much unhappy with sexual life

See This case you can definitely take an advice from a gynaecologist as is the because she can obviously Check it properly and can tell you as to what is the issue and what would be the natural substitute to that and otherwise if you require you can always take a guidance from a sexologist as well
