I went to through C-section post delivery completed 3 months can I eat chana dal potato and pulses There won’t be any problem like paffs in my stiches

A. hi, you can, but take in moderate amount as it can causes gases to you n to ur baby sometimes. Consume more protein rich food, Include more Green vegetables dry fruit, nuts, fresh fruit, dairy..

A. Food made with dals like chana, urad, gram flour, rajma, besan can be stopped for the first two months as they cause gastrointestinal issues. Similarly, vegetables like potatoes, cabbage, onions can be eliminated for the first 40 days after delivery.

A. hello avoid any food that can cause gassy as this on turn can effect your baby tummy apart you can be having a healthy and nutritious well balanced food in the diet and this can help in the growth of your child also and absolutely nothing to worry about
