Q.

I wanted to feed my baby. but my lactation is very less. can u pls advise any tablet or other possibilities. my son is 10 months old

A. u can take Galact granules which help to increase milk supply

A. drink painting of water in a day at least 8 to 10 glasses. include cow milk spinach beetroot fennel seeds cumin seeds in your diet they help a lot to increase breast milk supply. you can even take lactonic granules to increase your milk supply . give warm compression on your breast to increase your milk supply.
