i have less breastmilk..i want to know tablet or any other for increasing breastmilk

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 1 m old girl1 Year agoA. You should take Shatavari powder thrice in a day which will help in increasing your breastfeeding but apart from that a proper diet and plenty of liquid you should definitely consume for that so that is going to be helpful
