Q.

I need help regarding breast management post stopping breastfeeding. I have started the weaning off breastfeeding since 3 months in which I gradually reduced feeds. Now since 2 days I have completely stopped breastfeeding. I am hand expressing the milk 2 times a day. But I feel nausea around afternoon and heaviness in chest. So my question is how much and how frequently should I hand express the milk. Please give more detail on this

A. you don't need to do regularly the breast milk removal it can be done only when you feel heaviess in the breast and rest of the time you can just leave it as it is
