I m having continues severe headache after my c section. what is the reason for that and how could I recover from it

usually maybe because of giving spinal anaesthesia you might be having continuous headache after your cesarean section.
what you need to do is drink plenty of water daily and also you can do mild walking which will help you to get rid of your headache.
also you can do some meditation.which will help you to control your headache
