SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 4 m old girl4 years agoA. you can have mild antibiotics for normal cold fever n all but for any other isseus I suugest to see your doctor n decide. Through breastmilk illness cannot pass through. Your baby will not be affected and won't go sick. Take care
