Q.
after c section I have headache sometimes and felling weak...what shall I do ?

Ok So all these things are completely normal after any kind of delivery if you’re having severe headache that probably can indicate that you are having very bad sleep cycle you are not unable to sleep you are stressing yourself which is why this is happening and weakness probably could be that you are breastfeeding the child but not eating well yourself so try to have a healthy diet try to eat at least 6 to 7 times in a day and have 7 L of water
