I'm breastfeeding and have got cramps. however I came in my periods in 6th month of postpartum and continued in 7month, right now in 8month I haven't come yet . is it okay and normal?

A. Yes, it's completely normal. During breastfeeding, hormone levels (especially prolactin) can affect your menstrual cycle, making it irregular. It's common for some women to get their periods back and then skip a month or two, especially in the first year postpartum. As long as you’re not having severe pain, heavy bleeding, or other unusual symptoms, there’s usually no need to worry. However, if there's a chance of pregnancy or if irregularity continues for several months, consider taking a pregnancy test or consulting your doctor for reassurance.
