Q.

I m a feeding mother I have cold can I feed my baby and shall I take any cold tablet

A. yes take tablet cetirizine 10mg once a day and paracetamol 500 mg can be taken for fever as well as pain. go for hot saline gargles at least 4 times per day and take tulsi ginger honey as well as turmeric with milk. you can continue breastfeeding if going on. if there is no improvement in 3 days it is advisable to meet the doctor. to prevent the spread of cold and cough from mother to the child the mother has to ddo regular hand washing and use face mask while giving breastfeeding and this will prevent spread of cold cough from mother to the child. can take paracetamol for fever and pain.

A. good afternoon yes you can feed the child but I will recommend you to use precautions for example it try to take Tulsi with black pepper Ginger honey and warm water to get rid of the cold
