Q.

I'm a breastfeeding mom... my problem is constipation n passing hard motion that causes bleeding please help me to get rid of this?? I'm taking plenty of water n fiber rich food also

A. Then maybe there is one percent of a chance that you are suffering with haemorrhoids or piles because if you’re consuming such good diet if you’re facing this issue and that maybe genuinely some problem in this case I can tell you with lot of women we have heard and seen the women suffer with constipation and haemorrhoids so it would be good for you to get examined with your doctor so they can give you correct advice that you can proceed with
