Q.

Atharv have Constipation problems very hard motion some time blood also come while passing motion my son cries a lot because of pain

A. If blood is coming you have to consult with your pediatrician and get some medications. You have to include fiber rich fruits and vegetables in the child's regular diet. Give plenty of water. You can give a ripe banana and raisins daily. An unripe or under ripe banana can worsen the constipation. So choose the banana carefully. Also avoid bakery products like biscuits, cookies, bread, cake etc.,
