I just gave birth via c section I have backache please guide

A. Oh you can keep a heat pad or hot water bottle that is going to help in reduction of your pain and that’s going to take some time because due to epidural that’s been given into your back for the C-section delivery can take a little longer time to subside so the pain would stay for a while
