i have tried fexigra and solvin cold af for cold, ashtakimd and levolin plus for cough, after doctor consultation. but cough n cold keeps coming back. can I give any other syrup for cold n wet cough?

thank you. yes, doctor has suggested duolin and budecort nebulization. my son is much better now. but is budecort bad as it's a steroid. will it weaken immunity as few people at home are saying antibiotics is better than budecort steroid.

it appears to be allergic cough/cold.
they can be associated with temperature variations around the body (hot to cold or cold to hot environmental changes) which the body cannot sustain leading to cough usually at evening /night and morning.
requires examination and start anti allergic medicines.
meet dr and prevent such temperatudre variations. 
there is a possibility of starting anti allergic medicines for at least one month and the doctor will decide if the child dneeds inhaler therapy or nebulization.
when allergies are not controlled they can lead to intermittent respiratory infections which needs other medicine
