Q.

I have right shoulder impiegement due to inflammation as per mri. very painful. ortho suggested physio which I just started..but pain still there. any ayurvedic medicine or oil that can reduce pain

A. hello it will take time with physio and will be better to complete the no of days as advised by ur doctor n she will be able to guide u accordingly n be safe too
