i have rashes in under arm it look like dark reddish what can i do

A. U Can start applying coconut oil onto that area regularly if you feel it is settling down the irritation or richness if you have any and becoming better over the period then that’s perfectly fine otherwise it would be better that you consult a skin specialist ones for a checkup and medication
