I have had c section. when can I start excersising lightly, my helath condition is good and having no problem. how long will my belly take to shed fats

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr old girl4 years agoA. after 6 weeks at least. 4Breast feeding should be at least till 6 month of age. If not possible then milk formula should be given with proper dilution . After 6 month can start with top feed along with cow milk .
