i have delivered my baby boy on 3rd dec. and i have big fibroids in uterus. is abt 11cm. jst want to know can i do yoga now. its complete 3 months.

If you had a normal delivery then you can go ahead with doing yoga but don’t do it all by yourself take an advice from an expert in to yoga tell the problems that you are going through and according to that they will help you going ahead with proper you exercises
