Q.

I have completed 16 weeks today.. Can I do some yoga or some kind of exercise now? Till today I don't feel any sensation except for nausea and vomiting, is it normal?

A. you can do walking and mild hand leg excervise .tge fetal movement will be around 22-24 weeks .but not so early.nausea n vomitting will gradyally subside on its own.eat well

A. Yes you can, Prenatal yoga, hatha yoga and restorative yoga are the best choices for pregnant women. Talk to the instructor about your pregnancy before starting any other yoga class. Be careful to avoid hot yoga, which involves doing vigorous poses in a room heated to higher temperatures.
