NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello you should not have too much of it also and if craving then you can just have one or two pieces and avoid too much as it is said to be heat and generally not advisable to have too much of it also.. you can have seasonal fruits that is safe to be consumed
