Q.

I have 4 months baby.I had C- section & family planning operation. which month I have start exercise & yoga??? .please suggest the best belt for tummy.which month I have wear belt.please tell me how to loss weight after c- section. This is my second C- section. please suggest the tips for reduce weight. I had lot of weight increase when my 2 nd pregnancy .

A. Hello Mom, If you have completed your three months, you can start doing yogas and exercises. Makesure to do simple exercise and yogas until six months. If you feel any discomfort while doing exercise and yogas discontinue and visit doctor. Maintain healthy and balanced diet for weight loss. Always choose healthy proteinns Avoid refined carbs, fried items, sugar etc. Drink plenty of water. There are many belly belt brands available in the market, choose the one which is suitable to you.
