I have 3month old baby boy I had normal delivery as I'm alone managing everything I'm having more lower back pain ๐ญ

Author of questionMom of 3 children1 week agoA. no epidural...it was normal delivery...I'm sitting for long as my baby cries a lot at night

Apply any good ointment and do hot compress or use hot water bottle or heat pad as thatโs going to help a lot also did u take an epidural as thatโs also a reason for lower back pain and in that case Iโll advice u to check with your doc and start doing back associated yoga to get over the situation
