i have 10 month baby boy i add half tea spoon of salt in the water to bath him is it safe or harm to the baby

so there is no requirement of adding salt to the water
The purpose of giving a gentle massage to your baby you can make use of any natural oil like coconut oil, almond oil, olive oil, sesame oil which ever you wish to.
the massage should be given in a very gentle manner that relaxes your baby and puts him to a better sleep

Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
