please take rest and please consult your doctor prior to use the belt
as it's not scientifically proven thar the belt is useful in reducing the fat

please take rest and supplements as suggested by your doctor

u can use the belt now
it helped me in getting up from by bed and moving around
bending while cleaning baby or changing diapers
less pain if u climb stairs
and also if u have cough
if u want to use doe reducing fat, i am not sure about if

from now you start. you can feed egg, paneer  soya, halwa, banana. a great variety if home made stuff guarantee weight gain plus health as well. that ensures appropriate milestone in time for babies. ok.
