I had csection recently.i.want to know.how.many months I should take complete rest

A. Hello dear parent! Without proper physical examination it is not possible to conclude anything. Consult your doctor for evaluation and advice. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Good luck and take care.
