I had cold 2days before now cold completely fine only my voice is like cold and I have less smell....is it covid symptoms? I didn't go anywhere in 15 days

A. may be flu ..you can give steam for cough and cold and mild sneezing . For fever paracetamol can be given 3 to 4 times . For cough ascoril L S can be given 2 to 3 times in a day .
