I had a c section delivery i want diet chart for me bcz i feel weakness oll over my body

A. Namaste Mom, Have ghee included in your diet , milk , dry fruits can be taken some home made panjiri is helpful and helps in recovery as well, also have non husk dals , rice roti , some makhanas , seasonal fruits
