I had a c-section 2 months back and dint put tummy binder.. will my lower tummy fat go?

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Once your doctor gives a green signal to exercise you can start concentrating on tummy reducing. Start walking for at least half an hour twice a day. Be physically active as much as possible. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby.
