I had 2 c section done on 2019& 2021.for the past 5 days whenever I go to pass motion bleeding is coming on vaginal part not on urinating.. what is the reason

A. It needs to be checked to confirm whether it is from carina or you are suffering from bleeding piles avd make sure you are not suffering from constipation and drink plenty of water eat fibre rich foods
