I got c section delivery before four months can l be normal like climbing stairs and lifting light weight and my weight is gaining a lot what should I do and how to remove stretch marks

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom as per your recovery you may go ahead and do it not an issue at all .. but be mindful and don’t be in a hurry to do .
Also weight gain is quite common as their is lot of hormonal changes as well .
