after c section when bent over and climbing stairs and home works doing

A. you can go for it after completion of 1 month but that also has to be done when you are totally comfortable otherwise do not go for any heavy work which is causing discomfort

A. You should take a rest for minimum 60 days after that you can go ahead with little bit of household chores because initially the body is very weak and after C-section you take a lot of time to heal with everything so you should take proper rest for a minimum of 60 days for sureWrite Your Answer Here
