When can you start weight lifting after c section?

A. Hello dear parent! Any kind of heavy lifting and exercising is advised only after 6 months completion. Be physically active as much as possible. Start walking for at least half an hour twice a day. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand. Good luck and take care,
