I don't have enough breast milk for my 2month old baby can you please suggest some tip to increase breast milk

A. can you recommend any supplement for breastmilk production

A. please take good protein diet adequate milk fruit juices we can try lactare capsules Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate advice in this regard if there is need for investigations also

A. hello you can try to take lactare tablet which can help to increase the milk secretion and also have fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabaki and fenugreek which can help and you can alternatively be giving your child infant formula milk stage 1 using a bpa free bottle like Babyhug
