how to increase breast milk for my four months old baby and how to know that baby is having enough breast milk

SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi, check the urine count. If baby is passing urine 6 to 8 times in a day that means baby is getting enough feed. If the urine count is less than six times in a day that means baby is not getting enough feed and you need to go for top feed.
Latch your baby more and take 5 feed in a day in and small interval. Do not give a long gap. Whenever you feel hungry eat in a smaller quantity. take liquid and keep yourself hydrated always rest back and feed your baby and take adequate rest. Have more fibre and calcium rich food.Write Your Answer Here
