how to increase breast milk for my four months old baby and how to know that baby is having enough breast milk

A. Hi, check the urine count. If baby is passing urine 6 to 8 times in a day that means baby is getting enough feed. If the urine count is less than six times in a day that means baby is not getting enough feed and you need to go for top feed. Latch your baby more and take 5 feed in a day in and small interval. Do not give a long gap. Whenever you feel hungry eat in a smaller quantity. take liquid and keep yourself hydrated always rest back and feed your baby and take adequate rest.
