i can you please suggest my baby is 1 year 6 months she has little pimples on face sometimes they are nor visible and sometimes they are highly visible. i have applied atogla lotion , caladryl lotion but nothing worked out. please suggest what to do

it could be allergic reaction to something like fabric food or cosmetics or heat , sweating or mosquito bites.
so please check exact reason.
for now, please stop using any cosmetics
apply pure aloe vera gel or baby soothing Calamine lotion on this.
keep your child in well vantileted room.
avoid giving outside food
And keep an eye on your child diet .
maintain good hygiene.
