hello dr. My 14 day old baby has got small pimples on his face. Why are they happening?

A. Hello,it's normal as it's hot weather and due to which babies have small small pimples on their cheeks and sometimes on their chest also,so simple dab baby powder on babies cheeks and neck and also make sure you should keep baby in such room where it's not too cold or hot weather.
