Hi dr my son has some small pimples on his face. Pls suggest how it will clear.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Red Colour Rash over the body if present could be some allergy rashes which may be of sudden onset along with itching.
or it could be viral exanthematous rash where the the onset of rashes is there along with fever or assosiated symptoms. and it could be sorme infection also which needs proper examination.
Application of calamine lotion or Anti itch lotion likfe Ritch lotion can be done for soothing along with antiallergic medications initially.

apply himalaya calamine lotion on the face. this will help to clear the skin
Also make sure that you use good skincare products like babyhug products that are parabens free and chemical free suitable for baby soft and sensitive skin
