My son has small pimples but not painful. They are not exactly pimples. Have them on nose, under eye. Head etc… mostly on face

A. I don’t apply cream…. He has these from last 3-4 month and I think it is increasing

A. good evening I would recommend that you should try to avoid application of any cream on the face for sometime it is advisable that you should try application of little bit of aloe vera on the affected area
