i breastfeed my baby .no intake of calcuim .only for 6 months i was given a medicine.still i breastfeed i m also giving him a formula milk .what i m supposed to do .i feel very weak lazy and pain all over my body.

A. Actually for six months initially you are supposed to take calcium multivitamin and also you are supposed to take iron supplements if your doctor hasn’t prescribed you any of them you should actually start taking them for at least six months
