I an a breastfeeding mother of 5 months old baby .Can I take omega 3 fish oil supplement..is it safe for baby....please advise

A. Hello dear parent! Supplements in any form should be taken only on doctor’s advice especially when breastfeeding your baby. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil
