I am using sinarest nasal drops for my baby almost daily night as he struggles because of nose block in this winter.. are there any alternatives to it instead of using nasal drops as it may have side effects. plz suggest

A. nasal blockage can be relieved by using nasal saline drops like nasoclear saline drops in the nose followed by nasal aspirator to take out the secxretions very gently steam inhalation can alsoy be helpful in this condition
