Q.

hi my baby is now one year &9month old.. everyday is nose block he breath in his nose every ..and bedtime he suffer to take nap becouse of nasal congestion (nose block) what is the reason for daily nose block..,? I use nasal drops every Day is it harmful to baby,,?

A. do not give nasal block daily it is not safe also if you give it daily then baby might have a habit forming problem use indirect steam inhalation instead for immediate relief

A. ask ur doctor for nebulization along with medication put nasal drops give your baby steam at least three times a day put nasal drops in nose for easy breathing put ajwain potli nearby him so that he can breathe easily keep his head elevated while sleeping you can rub Vicks on his foot or otherwise rub on his clothes
