I am now 35 weeks 2 days pregnant due to some less fetal movement i admitted to the hospital but after USG baby is absolutely fine and moving fine but I have gestational sugar and thyroid so doctor suggested to do c section tommorow ...is this okay for baby or baby will be fine ??

if all your conditions are good and there is no risk factor I think you should wait for few more days and then get a cesarean section done 
only if in case very much emergency should be done earlier
