ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. Hello dear You can sleep on your Left side after every meal and count for an hour. If there are atleast 3 movements in that one hour then it is normal

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and and better way is to sit in on a easy chairs and count the baby kick and also have more green leaves vegetables and dairy products in diet. More importantly you should be happy and stress free. Take care
