I am having itching and warning sensation during night in my feet and it is not letting me sleep could you please suggest

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 2 m old girl10 months agoA. hi acidity or restless legs syndrom can be there or it can be a result of deficiency of vitamin D 3 and vitamin B 12 so please consult your physician for once take healthy diet especially curd ,green veggies ,bajra , etc more limit your salt intake take sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day
