my 1.8 months baby's palms and feet are itching severely during night time.. any solution for it?

Give adequate water, fluids for hydration.
Apply moisturizer/lotion after bath.
Do oil or milk cream massage,it acts as natural moisturizer gives smooth and glowing skin, nourishes skin throughout the day.
If you observe itching spreading or any rashes then check diet or any baby products change which cause itching .. avoid new product check suitability before introducing new food items, products.
