RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl3 weeks agoA. Due to deficiency of iron check with your doctor because we cannot be certain about whether it is iron or it’s a multi deficiency that your child is having can be usually associated with deficiency of iron so better to consult your doctor once
