I am having fungal infection from my pregnancy and I delivered a baby on June 3 2021 vaginally.

My gynaecologist prescribed me to take AF 150 tablets after delivery but there was no improvement.

so consulted a dermatologist and she prescribed me zimig 250 tablet for 3 weeks and dk gel.

but after my appointment through Google I found it was unsafe for breastfeeding women as the tablet can pass through breast milk.

Is it ok to take those tablets..My baby is 95 days old now

almost all the medicines will be secreted in the breast milk but the quantity secreted in the milkman not be harmful to the baby e better you tell the doctor that a breastfeeding mother

See You have not told the doctor your dermatologist that you are a breastfeeding mother than it wasn’t right on your part and if your doctor has given you the medicine after knowing that you are a breastfeeding mother then I think you can take it but still if you are confuse you talk to your doctor once again and if they recommend you then only you start going with the medicine otherwise don’t
