A. irregularity in periods is common till one year after delivery no need to worry you just need to take proper raised sleep whenever your baby is sleeping and have nutritious diet along with regular exercise which is very beneficial

While some women don't get periods at all during the months they nurse, some get them irregularly. In a sense, this can be even more frustrating than planned cycles.
