I have fungal infection on my neck and shoulder white dots during pregnancy what i do?

mam, fungal infection needs proper medication.
so you must consult your dermatologist for this.
no Homemade remedies will help in this.
take healthy food , avoid taking processed oily spicy food.
keep your body well hydrated.
prefer Cotton clothes for yourself.
